Save as provided in the paragraph below, hotel reservation request made via the online reservation system will be transmitted to the appropriate hotel property by 123hotelbookings.com. The function of 123hotelbookings.com is to establish a direct link between hotel properties and users.
When you select the option to pay online, you will be charged the amount in the currency that you select. If you do not select any of the available currencies you will be charged the amount in USD.
In order to use the 123hotelbookings.com service, the user must have access to the world wide web at his/her own expense
3. User registration obligations
In order to use the 123hotelbookings.com services, the user agrees to:

6. Contract for accommodation and payment
The accommodation contract comes into force at the time of the confirmation of the reservation by the hotel. Payment of the confirmed 123hotelbookings.comroom rate will be made by 123hotelbookings.com directly to the hotel. All rights and obligations arising from the ensuing accommodation contract exist directly and exclusively between the booking party and his/her chosen hotel. 123hotelbookings.com tried to provide reasonable research into the accommodations listed but 123hotelbookings.com is not responsible for the accommodation or hotel experience.
7. Modifications and cancellations

8. Room rates and Prices
All the rates found in our website are provided directly by the hotels. Prices displayed are for your entire stay and are per room and per night and are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified. In some countries additional taxes may be levied. Depending on the hotel selected, breakfast may or may not be included in the price (if this is not specified, breakfast is not included). PRICES: We reserve the right to alter any of our advertised accommodation prices. You will be advised of the current price of the accommodation that you wish to book before your contract is confirmed.
9. Hotels categories and information.
Hotels classification is based on national standards and regulations. Hotel star-rating provides an indication, without obligation, of the hotel standard, bearing in mind possible self-assessment by the hotels. All hotels information, description and images are based on those supplied by the hotel itself.

123hotelbookings.com is a registered domain name. The 123hotelbookings.com logos, words, or titles may not be used by a third party without the express and written permission of 123hotelbookings.com
123hotelbookings.com registered users guarantee copyright of the information published as feedback regarding the hotel properties in question, or guarantee to have acquired the rights of copyright and reproduction of the above mentioned feedback on 123hotelbookings.com and that the use of the above mentioned feedback by 123hotelbookings.com does not in any way constitute a violation of copyright or any other violation of third party interests and rights. 123hotelbookings.com has the unlimited right (but not the liability) to verify, publish, refute or exclude from publication your feedback, in all or in part. The user accepts that 123hotelbookings.com does not guarantee that its service will be error-free, secure, updated or without interruption. 123hotelbookings.com cannot guarantee that the information found on its website is error-free, accurate or reliable. Furthermore, the user accepts that 123hotelbookings.com is not responsible in any way for any damage done to the computer equipment or other loss of data resulting from using the 123hotelbookingts.com service. The user understands and accepts that 123hotelbookings.com is not to be held liable in any way for any damage or loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from the use or inability to use the123hotelbookings.com service, nor for the costs necessary to find alternative accommodations resulting from any malfunction of the 123hotelbookings.com online reservation system, nor for unauthorized access of, alteration to, or misuse of your personal account information. 123hotelbookings.com is not liable for errors in processing or transmitting data. A full refund will not be granted by 123hotelbookings.com in situations when a service must be interrupted, postponed or cancelled for reasons beyond its control (acts of G-d such as bad weather, including hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes or war, acts of terrorism) or other, circumstances under which 123hotelbookings.com is not allowed to obtain full refund from service operators in view of specific contract terms.

It is strongly recommended that you obtain travel insurance for medical cover, cancellation, theft and loss of baggage etc.
15. Local laws and conduct
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and the members of your party do not behave in a way which causes offence or danger to others or which risks damage to property belonging to others. In such circumstances all suppliers (e.g. hotel managers) and the company have the right to terminate arrangements made on your behalf, in which case the company’s responsibility to you ceases immediately and there can be no refunds, no payment of compensation and no reimbursement of any cost or expenses you may incur as a result. Furthermore, you will be liable to reimburse 123hotelbookings.com plus the hotel for any expenses/damages incurred as a result of your conduct.
In some of our featured destinations, local laws and religious observance can lead to the withdrawal of certain facilities. Some examples; in some countries whose inhabitants are predominantly of the Muslim religion, visitors are reminded that during the month of Ramadan, local bars and restaurants including hotel restaurants change their opening hours so that staff can adapt their eating habits to the restrictions imposed upon them (as per Muslims in general) during daylight hours. Visitors are also requested to refrain from eating, drinking and smoking in public areas during daylight hours. In Sri Lanka, it is common during full moon (Poya Days) for hotels not to serve alcohol from hotel bars. In this case, it is usually permitted to consume alcohol in your room, but not to buy alcohol from any premises. In Mexico and India, when elections are being held, it is common for all licensed premises to be closed for the sale of alcohol. For the Maldives it is forbidden to import alcohol into the country, but alcohol is for sale in all tourist resorts.
In the USA, drinking and gambling laws are very strict. You need to be 21 years of age in order to be served and proof of your age may be requested, (including photograph) regardless of your actual age. To gamble, you must also be 21 years or older.
These are just some examples. In general, we request that you respect local people, and besensitive to local customs and traditions.
