The total number of people (including infants and children) using the booked accommodation must not exceed the maximum occupancy as shown on the website,or confirmed otherwise by the hotel, otherwise you may be refused access to the accommodation or charged an additional amount. (a) Single rooms Single rooms and twin/double bedded rooms for sole occupancy are available in most hotels. Single rooms are generally smaller in size and less conveniently located. (b) Twin/ Double rooms Hotels may occasionally allocate a twin room even though a double room is reserved, or vice-versa. If the room type is of paramount importance to you then we suggest that you contact the hotel to ensure that this request is fulfilled. In some hotels, the double rooms are made up of two single beds pushed together to make a double bed. (c) Extra beds/Triple rooms Hotels may provide triple room facilities, which have foldable or rollaway beds, as opposed to standard single beds. A triple room often contains 1 double bed plus a single or rollaway bed or three separate beds, one of which may be a rollaway bed. Either may result in a room of restricted space. Extra beds are provided for children between the ages of 2 and 10 years but the rate quoted does not necessarily include breakfast for children. Children over the age of 10 years will be charged as an adult, in which case a triple room rate applies if sharing with two parents. Children under the age of 2 years are regarded as an infant and a crib, if requested and available, will be provided at the hotel free of charge. It is always important to call the hotel for confirmation of any requests.

Under the age of 2 years, the child will be guaranteed a crib.

Once full payment is authorized an email confirmation will be issued automatically to the email address provided during the booking process. The email will confirm the reservation, payment details and include a link to your Hotel Voucher. The Hotel Voucher contains the details of the hotel, your stay and a booking reference number, which allows you to review the booking details directly via MadisonAveTravel.com. The voucher should be presented at check-in upon arrival at the hotel. The voucher will show your room rate has been prepaid for the time you have booked.

However, there are exceptions that occur if you cancel outside the hotel’s cancellation window. There are cancellation policies that each hotel enforces on its bookings. To cancel a booking, you must follow the policy stated on your booking confirmation. If you are cancelling before the cancellation deadline, you must email 123hotelbookings.com before the cancellation date in order to be able to receive a refund. If a customer fails to turn up at the hotel and does not notify 123hotelbookings.com they will be charged 100% of the reservation amount. However, please note that some bookings will have non-standard cancellation and amendment policies - but these are stated clearly on the booking form. If your booking has such a non- standard policy then this will take precedence over our Standard policy. All cancellations must be made with 123hotelbookings.com. Any cancellations made directly with the Hotel and not with us will not be recognized.
If you lose your voucher before departure, then please contact 123hotelbookings.com directly by either email or telephone and we will arrange for a replacement voucher to be emailed to you. Should you not be able to print a copy of your voucher you must let us know before checking in or your reservation may not be accepted by the hotel.
I have a confirmed booking and I have contacted the hotel directly but they do not have a record of my booking. What should I do? Although your booking is confirmed and we have all of your details in our system, very often hotels do not have the exact names of the guests listed in their registers until three to five days before the booking date. Please email 123hotelbookings.com and let us know so we can confirm your booking with the hotel.
Check-in time for most hotels usually starts from 14:00hrs (2.00pm) to allow the rooms to be cleaned and re-stocked after the previous occupant(s). Early Check-in: We recommend you contact your hotel directly, as you may be able to check in earlier and/or leave your luggage with reception. As a general rule hotels will not accept responsibility for the security of the luggage in such cases, but some hotels do have luggage rooms for this eventuality.
